Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the rules.

1. Offer open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Booker Limited (the ‘Promoter’), Tesco PLC, Superior Creative Services Limited (‘Superior’), Premier Stores and their affiliates or agents, their associated companies, the immediate families of such employees and any other person who is professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Promotion available in Premier stores only between 07.01.26 and 03.02.26 (‘Promotion Period’). Participating stores only.
3. Participants will receive one scratch card per qualifying transaction. A qualifying transaction requires you to make a purchase in-store to a total value of £10 in one transaction at participating Premier stores during the Promotion Period (qualifying spend excludes tobacco, lottery, milk formula, mobile phone top ups, Pay Point payments and any other electronic top up). Note only in-store transactions will be qualifying transactions, any transactions made online or via delivery platforms are excluded.
4. Scratch the panel to reveal if you have won a prize.
5. Scratch cards are subject to availability and are only available for the duration of the Promotion Period. Please ask the relevant Premier store for details of availability prior to purchase.
6. Maximum of one scratch card/play per person, per transaction.
7. All prizes are available to be won during the Promotion Period and are split in the following way:

8. All prizes are randomly distributed across the Premier store estate.
9. The Promotion ends 03.02.26 in store, after which scratch cards will not be distributed. Winning Cash Prize cards must be redeemed by 31.03.26. Winning cards received after this time will not be processed. Winning Burger King Whopper Meal cards must be redeemed by 03.08.26.
10. The chance of winning a prize is 1 in 5 for each scratch card.
11. Subject to clauses 17 and 24, the winner must agree to the publication of their name and county in accordance with clause 23 below.
12. To claim; Winning scratch cards will display a message with details of what prize has been won.Instant Wins; To claim an instant win prize (which excludes Burger King Whopper Meals and any cash prize), the winner must hand the winning scratch card to any participating Premier store who will then, subject to availability, provide the prize to the winner. In the event that the instant win prize is not available at the time of redemption, the winner may redeem the prize at any other participating Premier store (subject to availability), return at a later date advised by the store to collect the prize or, at the stores discretion, receive a prize of equal value.
    Burger King; Winners redeem their prize by redeeming the code in the Burger King app. Visit burgerking.co.uk/premier5000 for instructions.Cash Prizes; To claim a cash prize, the winner must visit https://thedeltagroup.com/premier5000 and complete the web entry form including their unique code (as found on the winning scratchcard), name, email address and address.

    £50 or under; Prizes to the value of £50 or £5 will be fulfilled via an email from Pay Point, containing a unique barcode which can be redeemed at any Pay Point outlet. Find your local Pay Point outlet by visiting: PayPoint.com.

    £500; Prizes to the value of £500 will be fulfilled via a pre-paid debit card.

    Top prize - £5000; The winner of the £5,000 cash in addition to completing the web form, must e-mail a photo of the winning card, to Scratchcardwin@thedeltagroup.com or post the scratch card and contact details (including a postal address) to Premier Scratch Card Promotion, The Delta Group, Hercules Way, Bowerhill, Melksham, SN12 6TS. This top prize of £5,000 will be fulfilled via a pre-paid debit card.

    All prizes detailed under this clause 12 must be claimed by 31.03.26. Winning cards received after this date will not be processed.

13. Delivery; Superior will arrange for the delivery of cash prizes. For prizes worth £500 or £5,000, this will be delivered by post via a pre-paid credit card to the winner, which will be despatched to the postal address provided by the winner by special delivery within 14 days of the web form being completed. For prizes worth £5 or £50, Superior will arrange for PayPoint to email a barcode to the winner, which will be sent to the email address provided by the winner within 14 days of the web form being completed. This can be redeemed at any PayPoint outlet in the UK.The Promoter and Superior accepts no responsibility for failed mail or email delivery due to the provision of incorrect contact details by the winner.
14. No other alternatives are available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
15. Only the original scratch card is valid and no photocopies (except as detailed in clause 12 above) will be accepted. The scratch card can be used once only. Entries that are damaged, defaced, altered, illegible or otherwise copied will not be accepted. Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen or invalid scratch cards.
16. The entrants hereby agree and accept that the Promoter’s decision is final and may not be challenged in relation to any and all aspects of the promotion. No correspondence shall be entered in to.
17. By taking part in the promotion, the winners acknowledge that they may be required to take part in relevant publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, publication of the winners’ surname and county and/or prizes obtained as part of the promotion. The winner may withdraw consent at any time to this publication by contacting Scratchcardwin@thedeltagroup.com.
18. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any requirements set out in any accompanying promotional material.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
20. Product images are shown for illustration purposes only and product specification may vary but will be of equal or greater value to that shown.
21. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
22. The Promoter accepts no liability for any costs, damage, loss, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the entrants as a result of accepting the free scratch card or claiming any prize. The Promoter also accepts no liability for any other events that occur within the Premier stores as all Premier stores are independently owned and operated.

24. The Promoter and Superior are bound by, and will use your data in accordance with, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and the Data Protection Act (2018) for the purposes of administering the prizes and as detailed in clauses 17 and 23 above. Personal details of winners may also be passed to third party suppliers only insofar as required for delivery/ fulfilment of the prize to the winner. 25. The winner’s details will only be held by Superior for 3 months and will then be destroyed.
