PROMOTION DATA POLICY
This Promotion Data Policy applies specifically to the Premier 5000 scratch card promotion (the “Promotion”). It explains how personal data submitted via the Promotion microsite is collected, used, retained and protected.

When claiming a winning prize via the Promotion microsite, entrants are required to provide the following personal data:
- Full name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Postal address
- Winning scratch card code
3. Purpose of processing
Personal data is collected and processed solely for the purposes of:
- Validating winning scratch card entries
- Administering and fulfilling prizes associated with the Promotion
- Preventing duplicate or fraudulent claims
Personal data collected for the Promotion will not be used for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract, namely the administration and fulfilment of prizes in accordance with the Promotion Terms & Conditions.
5. Data access and sharing
Access to personal data collected via the Promotion is restricted to authorised personnel acting on behalf of the Delta Group.
Personal data may be shared with trusted third parties strictly where necessary for prize fulfilment (for example, payment providers or delivery partners). No personal data is sold or shared for unrelated purposes.
6. Data retention
Personal data collected for the Promotion will be retained for a maximum of 30 days following the end of the prize redemption period, after which it will be securely deleted.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

Individuals have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to access, rectify or erase their personal data, and to raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
